Balesweep
In 2007, George Krizenawski, owner of Rocky Mountain Bale Sweep,
recognized the need to develop a new piece of equipment to handle
small square hay bales.
“We looked around and all that all that was available for skid steer or
front end loader mounted equipment were products that would push or
drag bales across the ground. So we focused in on an old concept of
accumulating hay by carrying it up of off the ground, and developed a
product that would appeal functionally and price wise to commercial
folks and hobby farmers alike.”
“Rocky Mountain Bale Sweep is different from any other product in the
market. We understand the challenges of harvesting hay and the
importance of maintaining nutritional quality that customers demand.
We will not compromise forage quality or bale integrity by dragging hay
during the accumulation phase'"
Rocky Mountain Bale Sweep is a sturdy, well designed unit, made in the
USA by a top notch fabrication shop and protected by a powder coat
finish. The spring loaded front end allows the forks to follow the ground
contour. Attachment will pick up and load or accumulate for use with a
grapple.
Bale Sweep has been re-designed for 2013 making it lighter, stronger
and more compact. It is available in the following configurations: 6
pack, 8 pack, 10 pack, 6 pack for 3-string bales, and Grapple.
